Used cars are exempted from customs duty and please consult with consulate to avoid being misled before importing/exporting Cargo.

Application For Customs Duty Exemption Under Item 14 Part B Of The Fourth Schedule of the Tarrif act is applicable.

Reservations are made for applicants seeking customs duty privileges for a used car under 3years to be used as a Taxi,Livery,tour Car,Omnibus

Current Franchise award letter is required before hand

Attachments:

1. Copy of your Franchise award letter.
2. Copy of your Business Licence (where appropriate)
3. Invoice for the car

Instructions:

A completed copy of this application along with supporting documents of shipment should be submitted to the Ministry of Finance.

There are no fees chargeable
